2nd POSEIDON and APHRODITE International Conference:
Merging Galaxies
Hybrid International Conference
Continuing Medical Education (CME)
15-16 May 2026, Marrakesh, Morocco
Overview
The 2nd POSEIDON and APHRODITE International Conference will bring together international experts with extensive clinical and research experience, who will be part of the distinguished faculty sharing their expertise and the latest advances in reproductive medicine. Spanning two days, the programme offers focused, evidence-based learning that highlights evolving concepts, innovative practices, and emerging research in both female and male infertility. The first day focuses on refining the POSEIDON criteria for women with low ovarian response and introducing the APHRODITE framework for the structured classification of male infertility, featuring lectures on precision stimulation, gonadotropin therapy, and endocrine mechanisms, along with interactive discussions and research updates. The second day integrates both frameworks, emphasizing personalized reproductive care through male–female stratification, case-based learning, and exploration of AI-driven approaches to optimize outcomes in assisted reproduction.
Overall Learning Objectives
After participating in this Conference attendees will be able to:
- ● Apply the POSEIDON criteria to optimize management of low-prognosis women in ART and tailor stimulation protocols.
- ● Explain the APHRODITE framework for structured classification and treatment of male infertility.
- ● Integrate male and female stratification systems (POSEIDON and APHRODITE) to improve outcomes in low-prognosis couples.
- ● Evaluate current evidence and new strategies, including duo stimulation, gonadotropin use, and precision stimulation.
- ● Explore innovative approaches, such as AI-based tools, for personalized reproductive medicine.
Target Audience
- Reproductive endocrinologists and infertility specialists involved in assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
- Andrologists, urologists, and embryologists interested in male infertility evaluation and treatment.
- Gynecologists and fertility clinicians managing low-prognosis patients.
- Clinical researchers and scientists working in reproductive medicine and endocrinology.
- Fertility nurses, laboratory professionals, and trainees seeking to apply evidence-based, personalized reproductive care.
European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education
The 2nd POSEIDON and APHRODITE International Conference: Merging Galaxies Marrakesh, Morrocco, Morocco, 15/05/2026 – 16/05/2026, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 9.0 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications .
“Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Information regarding the conversion of EACCME® credits
Credit will be converted based on one (1) hour of participation equalling one credit for all activities. Physicians wishing to convert EACCME® credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ will be required to access the AMA website at https://edhub.amaassn.org/pages/applications to obtain the necessary paperwork and instructions. Physicians and other health care professionals will be required to pay a processing fee to the AMA. For other countries, please contact the relevant national/regional accreditation authority.
